its been 7 years since i planned on making a mugen character and still i havent, particularly because i didnt want to make half assed unblanaced characters

Hahaha, Yeah, I said the same thing when I first started out in Mugen. That was almost 3years ago. If I ever (and which I hope to) some day make a Mugen character its gonna be done right. I'm not gonna use sprites from old 2D SNES games with 3 frames of animation and call it an original idea. Thing is, theres a lot more to creating characters than it seems and I'm not an artist which is partially why I haven't moved in this direction yet.
