This was probably done using GM commands on a private server.. He has a few unknown macro icons, that could easily be .summon
Also he has to target the rogue it seems

all he did was log with a dummy thats the exact same armor and stuff then put a rogue in the cross roads already because you dont see the smoke from the shadow step
