I used Mustard greens and use a blender to get the fiber too. The mustard was hot though and surely made a different taste

cont intestinakl cleanse #1 and #2. Juices though can make you go a lot but I think this is important. also have him do do a lot of antioxidants to help reverse free radical damage. I had radiation year ago and was taking a lot of antioxidants and hadd only 1 of the 5 side effects she said I would have some lifelong..dr had had it too. and the one I had was not what others had..they were shocked..they had to give me more radiation

@bigmikesto onion and garlic are good but I would not run them threw the juicer as it can make it smell.

@FloridaRaider one he did in another video that people liked was carrot, beet apple ginger and a little lemon. Try mixing your greens with fruit as I mentioned just above you to improve taste, I sometimes add raw agave nectar to mine if it tastes sour or something.

@herbal1971 Dr Schulze told his diabetic patients to mix 50-50 with water the juices. But Dave the raw food trucker on youtube who cured his diabetes in 4 days quite some time ago goes very easy or avoids certain produce like the sweet ones even tomatoes and peppers for the most part and places heavy emphasis on greens
Im diabetic& did a 50 days juice fast & did no restrictions taking in a lot of fruit juice too and it was the only time in years my blood sugar was completely normal

You do not need kale you can use any of these greens: kale, spinach, collard greens, green leafy tops of carrots, turnips, beets, daikon, radish etc, romaine, arulaga, dark lettuces, watercress, parsley, dandelion greens,.bok choy, celery, broccoli, Swiss chard, leafy herbs like basil, any Asian market green cont below

cont & safe wild greens like grape leaves,berry leaves, violet &dandelion leaves, plantain, clevers, burduck, lamb's quarter, purslane and so forth.mix w/water & any fruit you like like apple, pears, peaches, melons, berries, coconuts/thai coconuts, persimmons, kiwi, mango, grapes etc..the important thing is to alternate the green every day or two as taking day after day will make you sick due 2 plant chemicals made2 protect the plant from extinction & encourage animal grazing

Thats true, I didnt like the kale at all but spinach blends in GREAT with oranges and yellows and you can taste them. I can use a whole bag on 2-3 smoothies:) Just started last week Friday and lost 6lbs and my energies totally increased!
