You are allowed to make any move that doesn't violate the rules. All you crybabies claiming Anna was simply moving pieces are out of line. If you've got the time advantage then keeping your opponents clock running is not only a valid tactic, in this case it was a winning one. If you don't want your opponent wasting your time, then don't get into time trouble. What's the point of blitz games if you can't use time as a weapon?
