Well that makes you a patheitc fuck considering Nickelback were friends with Dime!
-
where was this?
-
dimebag or diamond ..¬¬
-
hell yeah he's awesome but if it wasn't for Jesper there would be no In Flames he formed that band after he quit ceremonial oath cause he wanted to play something a little more melodic and they wouldn't let him. i would hate to think of a life without in flames it makes me sad to think about it every album they'd done is awesome even the new ones. they are my favorite metal band beside Pantera and Meshuggah
-
hahah yeah
i fucking love bjorn
hes the man!
-
atleast i didnt call him a tool. lol. although it could be the cross between dimebag and nickelback i guess. you'll have to excuse me i take pantera very seriously. dime was and still is my favorite guitarist of all time next to jesper stromblad and bjorn gelotte of in flames.

dude chill...its just a typo
-
dimeback? what rock have you crawled out from under its DIME BAG man get informed
Doesn't anyone else see this as a cheap and blatant attempt to make money on the tragic death of an incredible and highly-respected musician? The cd was released in 2005. If he had wanted to show love to Dime, this should have been the first single, not the last two years later.

Quote from Nickelback's site:
"The Pantera connection was more complicated and stemmed from a darker place. Chad became friends with drummer Vinnie Paul and the late guitarist Dimebag Darrell while on tour with Jerry Cantrell, and wound up working with Dimebag on a cover of Elton John's 'Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting,' which appeared on the 'Charlie's Angels' soundtrack.

After the legendary guitarist was shot and killed onstage, a devastated Kroeger wrote an aggressive song called 'Side of a Bullet,' as a lasting tribute to his friend. 'After I put the song together, I really wanted Vinnie's blessing,' Kroeger says.

'So, I called him up and played the track for him over the phone. He said, I'd love to have you do a song about my brother.' Vinnie then sent some guitar outtakes and we pieced together a solo and put it on the song. The result is a new Dimebag Darrel solo.' "
