Damn, must be that time of the year. We had an MVA two days ago, that also involved downed live electrical lines.
And then 45 minutes later, another MVA where a dumptrack ran-over a poll and, knocked live wires onto the ground.
Both ended up causing bush fires, and trees on fire.
Blah.

Its electrical, meaning when water hits it, it will give off a flash and get bigger.
