I live in (formerly Spanish) California, my last name is Hungarian, most of my ancestry is German and English but I love Irish Whiskey and Irish Dry Stout (Murphy's). I got decent results with Heavy Whipping Cream whipped slightly thick but not stiff (we can't get double cream or even plain Heavy Cream here).
