Ok, so as far as I can tell anerdkicker did not "steal" your video at all. He filmed his own adaptation and set it to the song just like you did. So I don't understand what exactly you're accusing him of. Overall I would say anerdkicker's version is better but both are good. I'm working on one too. Once it's up let me know what you think. (just don't accuse me of stealing the idea...)

Well, I did post a reproof on anerdkicker's video, but I'm halfway expecting him to show up at my door with a hammer...

But how weird of him, to copy your video utterly, and then try to justify his theft by the fact that his has more viewings. That doesn't make him right. That's part of what's wrong in this country: people see something they like, steal it, and then claim it should have been theirs to start with, because they made more money or fame from it than the real owner. Crass and wrong!
