My first hip flexibility video had quite a good amount of views when you look at the quality of the video, so I hope this one will be more popular.

  • @001wazzap Mantenes el posicion por 5-30 sec y repetir sobre 3 veces.

  • As a sprinter do my hips need to be this flexible?? or the more flexible it is the better??

  • @pika4201 Not this flexible, but it is important that you can get your upper leg in a 90 degree angle with your body for optimal sprinting technique.

  • not all about hip, it's about leg and abs also
