For many, Christmas is a time of pampering and luxury, the only time when you truly get to overindulge both yourself and your home. Once youve ordered the biggest turkey, decorated the tree and purchased that rather expensive case of wine, the question is what will turn the biggest festive day of the year into the most magical?

Flowering plants can add cosiness, chic or opulence to your home. By using traditional plants such as Poinsettias you can create a real Christmas winter wonderland. However just because its a festive favourite doesnt mean it has to be boring or even red! Newer cream, peach and purple colours are a great focal and talking point, and its easy to dress up the plants in a stylish or fun way.

For those feeling more daring this season, why not add some Bromeliads to give a stylish look all your friends will be jealous of? They are very easy care, yet they look high-fashion even space age! Guys like these as they look very masculine, not pretty!
