How to rotate a video

Here's how to rotate a video using Avidemux (freely available for Windows, Mac & Linux)

I got this problem of rotating a video & finally found a solution.

Windows Movie Maker can do the trick but not everyone uses Windows

I used version 2.3.0 on this video by the way.

Can you flip the video so its mirrored?

@TheOnePistol Yes it's possible

You can try this:

First make sure the value for both Video and Audio are not set to Copy.

Go to Video | Filters

Under Transform,

double-click Vertical Flip.

Then double click Rotate.

Select 180 degrees for angle and press OK.

It should be horizontally mirrored by then. :)

I'm having a problem .. when i open the video press on filters .. they tell me that the video must be transcoded .. what's that means

That's nice but I am using a free tool that is much easier!
