Billy's sister Sophia eloped with a Sheperdson. The Sheperdson men got angry at Sophia, and tried to stop her. The Grangerford men got mad at the Sheperdson boy, and went to kill him. That's what I could piece together(from the movie and book).

Thanks again for commenting, I remembe when I was little I had the huge crush and Elija!!! I mean he was Hot!! when I was little LOL, now I just think he is such a cuttie in this film, oh by any chance do you know if anyone has uploaded "The Good Son" with I have no clue on how to spell his name but I will try!!!, Makalia Kulkn and Elija Wood, do you know if any one has uploaded that film, I know back in the 90's everyone was talking how thoses two were in a movie together.
