France vs. Ukraine: June 3. 2007: Euro Cup Qualifier

This is the most amazing sporting event I've ever been to. Over the summer, I went to France against Ukraine in Paris. The French dominated the whole game, even without some key players. They wound up pocketing two, with Coupet (Keeper), not letting a single one in on the Ukrainian side.

The Stade de France is spectacular, holding 250,000 to 300,000 people at least. The fans are incredible, and never a minute goes by where they are not on their feet scream, chanting or singing.

Football truly is the greatest game there is. VIVRE LA FRANCE! ALLEZ FRANCE!

Friend, I assure it does not hold 250,000 people. It's probably about 80,000. 250,000 would be utterly enormous, bigger than just about anything ever built.
