Today I was able to travel to Royston, Herts, a town with a secret legacy from the era of the Knights Templar.
This is one of the most important Templar sites in Europe, and is quite unique.
Join me as I enter a subterranean medieval world of awe inspiring splendour.

  • i live in royston and think theres someing not right about the town like a sick evil twisted force with lingas around you can can see it and hear it if u listen

  • Jealous and love it as usual !!!

  • excellent .

  • I love old places like that! I will probably never be able to journey to see that little cave, so thank you Chris, for recording your visit.

  • bravo

  • Another great and very interesting video Chris.

  • That which is hidden, can be seen. The symbolic truth passed down through the ages, for those that have eyes to see.

  • I live in Royston and will be visiting the cave in the spring when it opens to the public again. Should be interesting!

  • Never seen anything like it but it comes as no surprise that they had places hidden; I think it was King Phillip of France that basically destroyed the knights after they (knights) refused to give him a loan.

Fantastic find in every sense of the word, at least they (town council) kept it for histories sake, & as well as a tourists draw-card....touche Royston!

Another great video Chris, I'll be showing this one to a few history buffs for sure.

  • very very good vid
