I heard this song not long after my dad was diagnoised with cancer. He's living with Large B cell lymphoma. He the bestest husband, father ,grandfather, brother and uncle. But most of all he's my dad and he's gonna kick this cancer in the butt. Losing hair is just part of the journey . All knowing he will grow back the thickest hair ever. People say it's just hair but to him it was "HIS HAIR". He looks wonderful !!!

  • But we believe in the power of prayer and serve a wonderful God that comforts us in the bad times and we rejoice and give God the glory in the good times. Might not understand God but know His plan is for His purpose. Thanks for watching and I hope your father responds well to his treatment. I hope you have graduated and doing what you desire in life to do and be.

  • Tim I'm sorry to hear about your father. There is hope. It's been 1 yr since my dad started feeling ill and Glad to report he is 100% cancer free. Still doing maintance treatments but just not the chemo. Chemo did run him down but this is the only time my father has been "Extremely SICK" Always been health and active because he's a farmer. No we never know why things happen but I can tell we have come out stronger. Dr visits & scans are unsettling each time because afraid there might b something

  • Im 15. I had the same cancer as your dad. Large b cell lymphoma. I was diagnosed when i was 14. Thank GOD they found me cancer free around the time of early September. About a week after my 15th birthday (: so now I can celebrate two birthdays in two weeks (: glad to hear your dad is cancer free.

  • God Bless you!

  • I suppose what also makes it even harder is that my father, mother, and brother are the only family I've got and all three are in separate corners of the country. Who knows why life is what it is. I try not to think about his condition too much because I have to focus on graduating high school and getting into college. What a stressful time. But I think that making it through this strengthens the bond I have with my father. Blessings undercover.

  • My father too has lymphoma. He lives in Nebraska, I in Florida. Did you ever consider which parent you would rather have the cancer? I haven't seen him since his diagnosis over a year ago. I love him so much, is your father still fighting? How bad did he look after treatment? I don't think i've ever told anyone any of this before. I guess it's harder for my because my mother hates my dad and hints at that he deserved what he got even though I love him sooo much. Life is hard...
