Oh that's fucking stupid... "Your upstream speed just isn't fast enough." For a single player game that's not webbrowser or flash based is just mental.. Internet speed should only matter for online games only, while playing the game ONLINE, and WITH OTHER PLAYERS.

thanks for posting this! this is what i feared would happen, and now i will stop buying ubi products entirely until they cease this nonsense. the worst part? its futile anyway. assassins creed 2 had this and its cracked now. and what do they have to show for it? 2 huge outages for their entire European customer base. pathetic.
