I did this in September of 2006. In my defense I will mention that I am not quite as "screechy' (more laid back, somewhat perhaps?) now, or at least I don't think so.....

Yes, Kia is a yellow naped Amazon. She is approx. 7 1/2 years old. They can live to upwards of 80 years!

Why do my comments occasionally just disappear? Anyway I really like your voice and Kia's! I think you are pitching your voice to the parrots natural comfort zone, and that works for me. Plus my voice goes all over the scale when my talk show with the cats and birds goes on...so I know...how it goes...when you're happy!
