Fresno Alien, Nightcrawler, Stick Figure Surveilence Analysis - Higher Quality

DVD footage that I obtained in July 2008. Close up enhancement of the 2nd figure that crosses the yard in Fresno California. Even though I have enhanced this , wish there was at least 10-15% more detail to the video. This is probably the best quality that we will ever see. It's a shame there was never a direct transfer from the CCTV System.

This is very real.I think it's a strictly mechanical surveillance device sent down.Hollywood special effects experts tried to recreate this at the exact location where it was captured and weren't able to come anywhere close to recreating it.

I actually saw this on Fact or Faked TV show and they tried using a child, puppet on a string, even having the guy carry the puppet on a stick and edit him out. They still couldn't reproduce the same direct and purposeful movements as seen here. That was their most fascinating episode.
