The term 'camel' was classically attributed to individuals exhibiting this condition. Most notably, the term was used in Anomalies and Curiosities of Medicine by Gould & Pyle. @avannn He's walking around with a Box, I don't think that's for his belongings. Also, he doesn't need to ask it's evident he needs help, I highly doubt he'd be on the streets like that If he was getting proper care. What do I know though, maybe he is carrying belongings in the box and just wanted to go for walk that day.
