@rabiesdog There are two films at 0:19. The one I'm certain you're talking about (which is the one that extends into 0:20) is "The Edukators". The other one (the girl sighing outside a hotel room) is "4 months, 3 weeks, 2 days" - but I think The Edukators is what you're looking for!

@TheTester121 That film is Battle Royale 2. In my opinion, the worst out of all of the films in the season. If you're wanting to see something along those lines (that has also aired on Film4), you should definitely check out Battle Royale, the first one. Once you watch the first one, the second one can't compare.
