@truesdaleboy i found that if you plug the xbox power in it doesnt show. first plug the usb pwr in and it should show and you do need a device driver for it

I SENT MINE BACK IM GETTING A NEW ONE SOON, I COULDNT GET IT TO POP UP IN WINDOWS XP, IS THERE ANY DRIVERS I NEED TO INSTALL PRIOR SO THAT THE FLASHER WILL GET RECOGNIZED IN WINDOWS,,ANY HELP WOULD BE NICE THANKS..

@TRUESDALEBOY I personally didn't have to install any drivers for it to work. I did have a TIAO nand flasher before this one that I believe needed some drivers so it may be a possibility that those were the ones that were needed. There aren't any explicit instructions that drivers are needed on the Matrix site either though, they just mention that it is compatible with Nandpro 2.0e
