The KEY issue this time around is DEMOCRACY.
Conservatives have explicitly and repeatedly demonstrated that they don't care for debate, diversity of opinion, or the democratic process.
This makes Harper and the Conservatives dangerous politically and legally.

I posted a web page titled "Conservative, Liberal or Neither" by JJ Rousso
You will be surprised (or not) learning whom both leading parties represent.
It is on the same blog as below.
If you are interested to an entirely different perspective....then just Google search "The History of Banking Fraud - Short Inspiring Stories by Bill Woollam"

@universalradio too bad he will never have a majority, that's assuming he will win!

@brian7125 aren't all the parties doing the same thing dumb ass!?
-
@Anchelios Not really. That;s all Harper has done. Same with Flatfoot. Unless of course you want to count the waiting to unite the right time spent at the National Citizen's Coalition. Harper's only other job? Mail room at Esso in Calgary.

@LivesForJihad Really whats the proof? The recent report of Sheila Fraser paints a very dark picture of conservative spending as well. and not to mention this party turned a decade of budget surplus into a 56 billion deficit. By reckless spending during G8 (he actually spent thousands and thousands of dollars building a fake lake in side the convention what a joke). The fact remains that with liberals Canadians enjoyed a decade of budget surplus.

@whoisthisverneguy First of all most of the prominent and highly successful PMs in Canadian politics have a law background. And Paul Martin who successfully ran as a finance minister, ending Mulroneys huge budget deficit and made Canada enjoy a decade of surplus, had a degree in history and law. So if we follow you silly logic then I would say Harper should not be voted because so far his background in economics made Canadians experience a 56 billion deficit from a surplus.
A rather noticeable bias in the amount of background information contrasting Liberal and Conservative MPs. 1 star. The word "objective" doesn't fit in this video's description.

i like iggy, but technically if you compare the qualifications wouldn't you rather have somebody with a masters of economics running the country rather than a social arts academic?
