  • @stubbk3 well eventually it will heal overtime, but if you want to kick again your gonna have to train regularly and deal with the pain, thats what i did when i tore my left hip, it only took about 2 months, depending on how drastic the tear is in ur muscles will determine the healing time. Good luck.

  • @SpOrOs13 yes....i would recommend this guy, i did mine the old fsshion it took me a month to finally to the splits! i need to work on balance before i can the splits on chairs without support!

  • @paladindarknite I understand what you say , is the flexibility excersises on this video good enough ?

  • @SpOrOs13 really, dont waste your time with head kicks, aim low! focus more on chest ribs hips and thighs! flexibility is only for speed! if you want power, hyper extend your legs in the air for long periods of time! power comes from the core! 

  • @jeetkunedo96 I know... i just started only to learn the basics in hands and now i start mixing and using kicks and i cant open my legs :)

  • @SpOrOs13 who is that guy who trains only your hands for six mounths.I practice kickboxing and we train with kicks and punches its called kickboxing not boxing

  • I tore or ripped my right abductor. It gives a lot of pain in twisting and turning kick angles but is fine in normal walking day to day. What's the best way to repair this and get back to fitness..
