@Vojife Yeah, its grammatically incorrect since it wouldn't make much sense without "ge" placed after the word
-
@xcutie95 Oh, xièxiè. But is it wrong to say just yī or èr?
-
liang ge is a way of saying "double" or a pair in chinese and ge is kind of like a counting mechanism similar to the word "a" in "I have a cat" rather than "i have cat"
-
Should be "Xie Xie"
-
我没有孩子。可是谢谢你!
-
Um, I'm confused... Not about the son and daughter thing, I get that, but why is the number 1 "yi1 ge" here instead of just "yi1" and why is 2 "liang3 ge" instead of "er4"? O_o

Yangyang, you are too skinny. Eat more during Chinese New Year! =P

Correct way should be: "我有一个女儿,你呢 / 你有没有 / 你有吗 / 你有没有女儿?"
"有没有" is already a question form, so no need to put "吗" at the end.

You speak Mandarin with an American accent.
谢谢 以前我不知道 。 我有一个女儿 你有没有吗?

@jamesianv Hello. You are not supposed to use "ma" here when you already use the "verb-not-verb" structure. To ask a yes/no question, you can use either "ma" at the end or the "verb-not-verb" structure , but not both. :) So the correct way is to say "你有没有" or "你有吗?" Get it? I hope so. :)
