I just received a tulip plant for valentine's day. I live in Florida and she is blooming beautifully. I have watched several of your video's and you say to let the green leaves die down to nothing and then place the bulb's in the freezer since we are in a warmer climate. Should I do this even if my plant is an indoor plant? she isn't planted outside but in a pot. Should I place compost into my plant if i am to replant her? (sorry i'm very new to gardening)

Do the Tulip Bulbs Burn out after the first year? should I keep planting more bulbs to keep them looking good in my garden?
