Wedding night seen was really good. I couldn't understand why it was cut either. Mind though I though it was kinda weird that Anne still had the veil on when earlier at the reception she didn't. Does Gil have a veil fetish or something? LOL

Maybe because there was not the slightest hint of sex in the original novels...except for the fact that Anne and Gilbert had children. Sorry,,,but it seems weird and hugely inappropriate to see Anne and Gil "get it on". Lucy Maud Montgomery would have been horrified.

They should have totally left the wedding night scene in, it wasn't raunchy, no nudity, nothing embarrasing, it was perfect, and it portrayed a lot of emotion without having to show a lot, plus, did you check out Gil's muscles?!! YOWSZA
