Trammell Crow

Trammel Crow is one of the first big corporate clients I produced a video for in 1996. I was working for Showcase Productions at the time. I shot the video along with Daryl Haynes who was my mentor and boss in my early years.

I remember meeting with him in his office for the interview. He was very nice. The thing I remember most was that he had a Bible out on his desk and made a comment to the effect that he was searching for some answers to life and seemed a little worried about facing the end without them being answered.

When did he pass away?

My mom used to work for him and Cloise Box back in the 80's when they were still business partners along with Ross Perot. THey got their millions from running a cement company. Not sure if he passed away yet so when I moved to maryland and saw he had an office in DC I walked in and asked to speak with him and the secretary looked at me incredulously like get the hell out of our office!
