Before the writers ruined aj the 3 of them were a perfect trio. It makes me so mad they sacrificed aj to prop up friggin carly.

No, Jason was referring to Jason Quartermaine. While Jason Morgan performed the CPR, it was because of his former life that he knew how to do it. The person that Alan and Monica knew as their son had the knowledge to do CPR. The man that was no longer their son, Jason Morgan, remembered how to do it. That's what Jason meant.
