AQ Worlds Tutorial: How to Access Good and Evil Shops

Read this for more info:

In Battleon Click on the Story Tab

Then select Chapter 1

After that, it should take you to a Destroyed Sword Haven

Go into the Castle and Talk to King Alteon

Watch the Cutscene and choose to pick you side again

Don't worry, you can change sides at any time by watching the cut scene again.

i go into the castle and i speak with the king;but i can"t chose evil or good.

Click on the story button that says chapter 1, you're suppose to speak to the king from Chapter 1, not after that story line.

Did you finish the quests? I'm pretty sure it's still the quests available from Artix.
