i didnt know charmaine, but her death really effected me at the time, and i still feel sad about it over a year on.. it was a pleasure watching her present the news each evening. she seemed like a real sweetheart. sincere condolences to her family and friends. rest in peace charmaine

i know why this was not the leading story in melbourne.

this was brisbane's leading story because sharyn ghidella (who presented the bulletin that night) originally worked at ten, whilst this sad news wasn't really significant in melbourne.

btw, TEN NEWS ADELAIDE is produced in Melbourne, and Rebecca Morse wouldn't do anything like that. And this is why Kelly Nestor left - isolation. (she lasted from 2002-early 2006).
