This speech helps one understand why the Gulf States are not that fond of Gaddafi. He remembers them for one that about 70% of the people living in the Gulf States are 'Iranians' [in the sense that they are sjiite I suppose] and they are governed by Arab monarchs [who hardly represent their people]

as much as i respect him for his courage in this meeting or w/e you may call it, and at some other times, he still was a tyrant that terrorized his people and ruled with only a fist of iron and fire, he may have not killed with his hands but he allowed the massacre of libyans...
although with all due respects: "the rats killed the giant in a hole".
