www.IAMMEFamily.com From the beginning of IAMME in 1988 it has been our goal to establish a sense of community in the classroom. Through formation of genuine relationships we have seen a reduction in the worries of peer rejection and abuse. From the first-hand sharing experience we seek to promote respect, cooperation, and the value of each "unique" individual as well as the teacher.
IAMME builds a sense of accountability among the students as they set goals for the future, work on these goals with enthusiasm and determination, and begin to see firsthand that they can make a difference in the world. In just a few short weeks students begin to believe they can accomplish what otherwise seemed impossible. Their improved self-esteem has taken a first step toward success in the future.
IAMME majors on what we call the FOUR F's OF SUCCESS
Family - Friends - Focus - Faith
Faith is a matter of believing that one is a "unique" individual with the giftedness to accomplish great things. Those gifts and abilities are useless without a sense of community, responsibility for one's actions, and respect for others in the home, school, job and community.
