Absolutely love your tips here! Question... I was a salon queen every four weeks up until last year when I decided to try it my self and I've been hooked ever since... I get more compliments on my hair now than I did when I went to the salon... I know on the box of color, Loreal Preference in Golden Blonde, it states that you can touch up every 4-6 weeks.... well, I see my ugly silver roots after 2 weeks so I was wondering if it's safe to do just the roots every 2 or 3 weeks?

Ha lady, you are a Florida Sweety! You can do your roots as often as you like if your hair is relatively healthy. You may want to find a color that is formulated for gray hair if the color you use is not. Personally, I would never use box color. You will save so much money buying your own from Sallys.
