Just run to the target building and kill all the guards there. Moment they're all dead stand on the glowing point.

Whats more, I'm currently playing this mission AND ON DAMN NOTORIOUS. (Screw the sync, I killed guards!) So, it's harder for me because I have to get my Notoriety down before I can complete this mission and hide and become anonymous. I don't know how I can do this one.. but I think I've sworn at the console too many times. .~. Might mean I've tried this mission too many times.

If I didn't have my NOTORIOUS State... I would be fine! D8<
