that could be good thing. many filipinos do not own cars, why should they foot the bill to build freeways / highways and toll roads.

funny but i dont understand why we have so many toll gates paying to allow vehicles use the road?? in europe it's unheard of kasi they use people's taxes to improve infrastructure n road building n maintenance..which means sa government pockets itong binabayad ng tao sa toll..

madami places lumubog sa lp but it subsided less than 2-5 hours , whole zapote was flooded waist deep :) some low places in laspinas neck deep daw
