@alltruenatural Ok, so I looked it up and it doesn't really help answer my question. What you said is somewhat true, but it is probably more correct to say everyone is more prosperous under free-market capitalism. The way you say it makes it seem that you might be fantasizing about equality of wealth. This is a Utopian idea. When we attempt it we get a society where the brutal rise to the top and the masses are enslaved. But... at least they are equally wealth-less.

@alltruenatural are you saying it doesnt exist? tru, the market is not free as special privileges are given to specific corporations. tru the free market doesnt exist as fractional reserve banking dilutes the value of our currency. but false that the free market is an illusion. it has existed in many places at many times.
