im not too experienced in making my own sofrito.Can you add goya sofrito and recaito? or should those two not be combined? your the first video i see using recaito and no sofrito. the other videos show sofrito and no recaito but has the color of recaito. I got the hang of preperation but im so confused when it comes to those two ingredients. I wouldnt want to spend all that money & cook 4 hours for it to have a odd taste. im peruvian/puertorican by the way and learning PR style meals is my goal
