Hi, I've had a Widepac for a year or so and it works really well, but last time I used it I got covered in water because the connector on the quick connect (where the tube joins the bag) had come out. The button still works to take the tube from the connector, but I can't get the connector back in securely. I was wondering if there was a fix for this or whether I would need to buy a new one :( ?

Why did you remove that opening in the closing bracket for the rucksack strap? Previous versions had this opening wide enough for attaching the pack to the rucksack.
