With Luis de Alba, Itati Cantoral, Miguel Rodarte. The tale of a shameless man, a Lucha Libre pro-wrestler, from small account with a great dream: The dream of conquering Los Angeles's rings. But every great dream takes a part of us, and faith has put in the way of our hero's way a handful of loafers against whom he will have to face in the hardest fight of them all.
Through faith and humor, this flick of merry mobsters (our hero included) touch the store in serious subjects, such as: the chaotic love-hate relationship between Mexicans and Americans; the mass media who lies, cheats and steals its audiences; drugs that give power and money; the corrupted law who allows pederasty to be forgiven and more touchy subjects ever present in the everyday lives of Latin America.
Oh, wow. I'm writing something with mexican wrestlers, intended to be a comedy. But my mother told me that such a movie came out. She even came out and said that i was stealing the idea. I was like, what? So i came here to check the trailer and i am so goddamn happy that this movie has nothing in common with mine.

the movie was really fun and interesting. Highly recommendable to everyone (and yes, gringos, do not feel offense at all, it`s just a parody of all of us, mexicans/americans).
