Anyone know where I can get replacment parts? I have a broken keyswitch (the part where the spring connects to under the key). I had taken mine apart for cleaning and my dad broke the switch for the space bar >(.

This came in handy I used it to get my old 5150 backup and running with the original keyboard.

Can you do one on the Ps/2 clicky key keyboards?

maybe you didn't understand what i was asking. I was asking if there is anyway to make this keyboard work with a at/atx.

@kishkizzle No, what I said was true; the keyboard was built in 1982.

I just did the exact same overhaul with my XT keyboard today, and just found this video! Yup, I couldn't believe how sturdy this thing is. The way I put the keys back on was somewhat finicky. I had to try a few times before I got the requisite "click" with each stroke. Something about the way the spring seats under the key. Great video!

I may have said the wrong year, since mine was actually built in Nov. 1982.
does this work on a at/atx pc?

Not likely, as this procedure is specifically for the IBM XT buckle-spring keyboard with steel construction. Other keyboards may be similar, but not exactly the same.
