President Obama said that he cannot guarantee that social security checks will go out on August 3. Watch more of the interview tonight on the CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley.

DESPICABLE! Check out the video I uploaded nearly a year earlier than when President Obama was saying in July 2011 that the checks might not go out!!! I just added it as a Video Response! What about that rock solid floor and guarantee he was saying everyone needed to have?? The one which necessitates the government's forced social security savings program upon us all in the productive class (wage earners) since we cannot be trusted with OUR OWN MONEY!

His statement should tell everyone that the social security "trust" fund is a complete joke, an empty account full of IOU's. If they cannot get authorization to borrow the money, they may not be able to send out the checks. The man said it. You heard it.

Notice that Obama stated that Social Security and Veterans Checks might not go out? No mention of welfare or unemployment checks? Nice to know that the Commander in Chief holds welfare recipients in higher regard than the veterans who defend the nation.
