  • @iepernay

This is interesting, they are so steady and will support a youngster. Thanks for your post, glad you are still with newfies.

  • He is adorable..I have a Newfoudland he is wonderful. We walk three miles every day and someone will always stop me and tell me he is beautiful..He is wonderful..

Thanks for your comment. Yes, it is so wonderful when the public appreciate them. Berkeley is now a big boy and escaped the other day and followed the kiddies to school; he loves children. However, on the local radio it was reported that a large panther was near the school and people should be careful. Someone took him to our local vet who scanned his microchip and phoned us.

  • Best one yet! The cart riding is so cute--- but my friend thinks the skateboarding was COOL! We never knew you started training when they're so little.

  • I just loved this video and thought the music was extremely beautiful! Very thoughtfully and artistically done!

    Love,

    Tina and Chandi.

Thanks, that is a lovely combination. Good luck and best regards

  • @LittleMissRed90 Thank you so much! I am still considering, but not quite sure. Anyways, thanks for the advice!

  • @ejello2 I have a Golden Retriever and they are fantastic and a friend has a newfie, and it is not a huge leap, They SHED SHED SHED, but are about the same temperament GENERALLY SPEAKING.

  • @getawayman1 Thank you.

  • @ejello2 Sorry, I am not really competent to speak about this breed and would hate to misinform you. Have a chat with their breed society representatives. Best of luck.

  • @getawayman1 Oh ok. Thanks for the info. Hey, also I was wondering whether you have had any experience with Laborador Retrievers at all? If so, I was wondering whether it is TOO big of a jump from a Lab, which I previously owned, to a Newfoundland?
