Matt- props for your videos! but i have one grain of advice when doing skull crushers(or anything for that matter)- Try to keep your elbows from flailing around and you'll grow more muscle. maybe, drop to a more comfortable weight and concentrate on muscle contraction instead of just "getting alot of weight". I avoid skull crushers because there's a huge possibility of elbow injury when performing them with heavy weights. Thanks- Jason
