Artichokes are excellent sources of vital nutrients. They are especially healthy for your liver. After steaming, simply peel off the leaves and eat the meaty part at the bottom of the leaf. You can find the heart of the artichoke after pulling off all the leaves and then discarding the "filament like fibers". Delicious and so good for you!

  • that looks really good. i like your style. some guy in a video made some mayo dip thing for his and i was like "barf" so unhealthy to do to such a healthy meal. i love olive oil though. good stuff :)
