Jonas and Laurie are bringing back The Bump. We dance it a little harder and with more spins than what was customary in the seventies. True to our roots as aerobics instructors, we bump on the down beat (i.e., on the 1st beat of each musical measure), whereas some Bump purists maintain that the up beat is the time to bump. We think: it can be done either way and the bruises are the same.
