To spashley, it's difficult to make those differences. Ideally, there are differences in dance forms, postures and histories. But in actually dancers that do hip hop also do jazz and so you get the formation of new dance styles. However, in practice not everyone who says they are doing 'street jazz' are doing it. They just haven't studied dance enough to know when they are doing street jazz versus when they are doing hiphop or RnB. So more difficult in practice than theory...
