@Raven663666 well you dont exactly have to be fucking Jack Bruce from Cream or Juan Alderete from The Mars Volta (bass intro from Day Of The Baphomets) who basically shred massive ntoes to be a good bass player. Paul mcCartney's playing, very restrained yet efective.

@garyadams77749 Yeah both of their bass players have imo had very good compositional skills. I must say I favor Andy slightly more, mostly because The View from the Afternoon is fun as hell to play.
