  • Oh hey! Have you thought about intellectus diet (search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it.

  • @ravenrainess You are my inspiration. I am on my way to losing more. And now that the weather is AMAZING I can get out there and walk, walk, walk. :) I eat real food too and have seen a lot of difference. :) Thanks for posting. Makes me more excited to get out there and work, knowing it can be done. :)

  • Not to be a pain, but once, I did get my willpower and motivation up and ate an apple or banana every time I would have eaten a snickers bar or icecream. And guess what? I gained weight! My theory is that while the sweet junk has sugar, it has fat which keeps you satisfied for a while, but a banana just lifts your blood sugar and then lets it crash, leaving you hungry again almost immediately.

    I do realize that fruit has vitamins etc that junk doesnt have, but sugar-wise..(Out of space)

  • I agree people,,I lost 120 in six months at home by eating REAL FOOD!!! and working out 45 minutes a day 5 days a week,,I did eat junk one or twice a month but I was SENSIBLE about it..Portion control and remember weight loss is 85 to 90 % what we consume and 10 to 15 percent working out,,so if you eat junk and still workout you will get NOWHERE quick!!! Good luck and GodSpeed!!!
