Here's a new video on how to replace your CVT drive belt and either inspect or replace the rollers. I've replace the stock OEM 20x15 16 gram rollers with Dr. Pulley 20x15 16gram sliders. It's simple process and I hope this video helps you to do it yourself and save money. Due to the length of the video, it is put into two parts--Enjoy--Jeff

  • my friend , for SYM HD200 you are sure rollers is 20x15 16g

i thing in manual writes for weight 14,5g

    (for dimensions im not sure)

I want to change with Dr.Pulley but i dont know what is correct

    Thank you

    (big hello from Greece)

  • @andreasaigio In the US and the rest of the world the rollers are 20X15 BUT... The US uses 16 grams weight and most "overseas" models use 13 grams.. I'm sure there are always variations. If your manual says 14.5 then you most likely have 15 gram rollers in there. Sliders also operate as 1 gram lower so a 16g slider operates as a 15g roller.

    Hope this helps--Jeff
