Akane Satomuru (me) vs Opera Elmer

Here is Akane's first solo Mugen match, starting off with a battle with DDR's newest publicly released creation, Opera Elmer. I believe he's a boss from Saturday Morning Mayhem but I need to check again when I can since he doesn't have much to describe him in his Read Me file. Also Elmer Fudd was totally epic in "What's Opera Doc?".

Anyways as for Opera Elmer himself he's a boss type so he's pretty much going to be intentionally unbalanced and packs a pretty high Defence rating due to his protective armor. He's a projectile heavy user who has a number of cross screened beams and thunder blasts that can come from above on your correct location. What makes it more challenging is most of his projectiles can only be blocked standing or in mid-air. He also possesses infinite attack priority in many melee attacks since he does use a pike as a weapon. Honestly he's not as hard as Marvin the Martian and not nearly as hard as Captain Caveman but Opera Elmer can still be pretty challenging if you cannot approach him correctly around his massive range.

The music is Yukari's theme...though from which game I'm not sure. I can tell mostly because of the music having the same melody as the Yukari Yakumo EWI video in my favorites.

Great job on beating Elmer! He seems to be a rather rough character with his armor and his abilities to control weather. I loved that telechy gave him that.
